Hamden, Conn. – The 2026 Quinnipiac Baseball schedule kicks off with a three-game series against the Old Dominion Monarchs (Feb. 13-15), as head coach John Delaney released the schedule in December of 2025.
Quinnipiac's slate is highlighted by playing against four teams that competed in last season's NCAA Tournament: ETSU, Rhode Island, CCSU, and Fairfield.
The Bobcats' campaign features four straight road series to start the season before they open MAAC play in Hamden against Sacred Heart (March 13-15).
After their opening series in Virginia, the Bobcats will head to the University of North Florida for a three-game slate (Feb. 20-22). The following weekend, the Bobcats will face the reigning SoCon Tournament Champions, ETSU. The Buccaneers were eliminated in the first round of the NCAA Tournament last season, out of the Nashville Regional.
Quinnipiac wraps up the road trip with a three-game set at UNC Greensboro (March 6-8), their second SoCon opponent on the schedule.
After the Bobcats open conference play against Sacred Heart at home, they play two midweek non-conference contests at CCSU (March 17) and Yale (March 18) before traveling to Manhattan for their second conference weekend of the year.
QU will return to Hamden for a non-conference contest against the reigning A10 Champions, Rhode Island on March 24th. For the second straight season, Quinnipiac will head to Storrs to take on UConn for a midweek contest on March 25th.
After the two midweek games, the Bobcats go back on the road for another MAAC weekend as they head to Jersey City to take on Saint Peter's (March 27-29). Following the series against the Peacocks, Quinnipiac will head back on the road to take on UMass (March 31) to close out the month.
The Bobcats open the month of April with a home series against Niagara (April 2-4). The series will be played in Hamden for the first time since the 2018 season.
After the three-game home series against the Purple Eagles, Quinnipiac will go back on the road for a non-conference game against Rhode Island (April 8) before heading to Marist for a three-game weekend series (April 10-12).
Quinnipiac returns to the Quinnipiac Baseball Field to host the Yale Bulldogs on April 15th before heading back on the bus for a road trip to Canisius (April 17-19).
The Bobcats will return to Connecticut and face the University of New Haven (April 21) for the first time since the Chargers joined Division I. After the midweek road contest, the Bobcats will open a 10-game homestand, starting with CCSU on April 22nd.
Quinnipiac will host three straight MAAC weekends, starting with Mount St. Mary's (April 24-26). Following the series against the Mountaineers is a series against the reigning MAAC Champions, Fairfield (May 1-3), before closing out their home slate with the Rider Broncs (May 7, 8, 11).
Quinnipiac closes out the regular season on the road at Merrimack (May 14-16) before the MAAC Tournament is played in Wappinger Falls, N.Y., at Heritage Financial Park (May 20-23), with the top six teams in the conference making the tournament field.
