HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac baseball head coach John Delaney has released the 2025 schedule. The Bobcats will kick off the 2025 season down at UNC Wilmington, where they will face both the University of Georgia and UNC Wilmington twice.
The Bobcats' campaign features ten straight road contests to begin the season before opening up MAAC play at home against the Iona Gaels (Mar. 7-9).
After playing Georgia and UNC Wilmington in North Carolina, the Bobcats will take on Radford University in a three-game series in Virginia (Feb. 21-23). After battling Radford for three games, QU will head to Kentucky to take on Morehead State (Feb. 28 – Mar. 2).
Once Quinnipiac wraps up their first MAAC series of the year against Iona, the Bobcats will welcome CCSU for a non-conference mid-week matchup on March 11th. The Bobcats will then hit the road for the next four games, three at Rider (Mar. 14-16) and one against in-state rival Yale (Mar. 19)
QU will return to Hamden for an eight-game homestand, starting with the Marist Red Foxes (Mar. 21-23) and ending with Manhattan (Mar. 28-30). After their longest homestand of the season, QU will face the UConn Huskies to start the month of April.
The Bobcats will head back on the road to take on the Niagara Purple Eagles (Apr. 4-6) in a three-game set before heading to Rhode Island on April 9th to wrap up the season series against URI.
Up next, the Bobcats will return home to face the Merrimack Warriors, who are in their first season in the MAAC, for three games (Apr. 11-13). QU will stay home for a midweek matchup against the Yale Bulldogs on April 15th.
With a break in MAAC play, the Bobcats will play a three-game series against CCSU, with games one and three being on the road and the middle game being played at the QU Baseball Stadium (Apr. 17-19). The Bobcats will return to conference play at Fairfield on April 25th – 27th.
Quinnipiac will play UMass-Lowell on April 29th for their final non-conference game of the season. After returning from UMass-Lowell the Bobcats will head down to Emmitsburg, Maryland for a three-game series against Mount St. Mary's (May 2-4).
The Bobcats will return home for their final home series against Siena. Those games are slated for May 8th, 9th, and 12th. QU will then wrap up their conference slate on the road with Sacred Heart (May 15-17).
After their series with the Pioneers, the Bobcats will look to head to the MAAC Baseball Tournament (May 20-25) in Pomona, New York at Clover Stadium.
