Bobcats Knocked Off in Annual PanCan Game

HAMDEN, Conn. — The Quinnipiac University women's lacrosse program fell to Bryant on Saturday afternoon in its annual PanCan game at the Quinnipiac Lacrosse Stadium.
The Bobcats and Bulldogs alternated blows in the first half, with Mia Delmond scoring a pair of goals to cut the home team's deficit to one each time.
Bryant went on a second-half run to pull away and take home the win, holding the Bobcats to just one goal in the final 30 minutes.
Lindsay Mazzucco had a career day in the cage, making 10 saves on 20 shots on her net.

STATS AND NOTES
- It is Mazzucco's first-career, double-figure save game. She's made 19 saves over the last two contests.
- Delmond added her second, multi-goal game of the season and extended her streak to three straight with a tally. She has eight goals over the last three contests.
- She also added three caused turnovers, a new career-high, and three ground balls.
- Lauren Kenny recorded a goal and assist in the contest, her third multi-point game of the season and matching her season high in points in a game.
- Quinnipiac caused a season-best 15 turnovers and forced a season-high 24 turnovers overall.
- Caelan O'Connor had a career day on the defensive end, recording three ground balls and four caused turnovers. Both of those are new collegiate bests.
- Abby Wise claimed a career-best three draw controls.
