Bobcats Improve to 4-1 in MAAC

HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac Men's Lacrosse used a strong fourth quarter to earn its fourth MAAC win of the 2024 season on Saturday in Hamden, defeating Mount St. Mary's by the final score of 15-10.

The Bobcats outscored Mount St. Mary's 6-1 over the final 15 minutes.

Ryan Donnery led QU offensively with four goals and an assist, while Jake Tellers added three goals.

Mason Oak made 13 more saves in front of the cage. Jack LaBanca won 13-of-23 battles in the faceoff x.

The Bobcats move to 8-1 overall with the victory. QU has scored 42 goals over three home games in 2024.

NOTES:

The Bobcats outshot Mount St. Mary's 42-35 in total. QU went 16-for-17 on clear attempts.
Quinnipiac won 16 of 29 battles at the faceoff x.
The game was tied 7-7 at the half, and knotted up 9-9 at the end of the third.
Ryan Donnery is up to 42 points in nine games. He's registered 3+ points in every game this year.
Jake Tellers tallied his second hat trick of the season in the win. He's got 11 goals in 2024.
Dylan Donnery scored two more goals, raising his season score total to 25 (team-high).
