HAMDEN, Conn.— Nine members of the Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team were named to the 2022-23 American Hockey Coaches Association/Krampade All-American Scholars. AHCA guidelines state that student-athletes qualify for the distinction if they "have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester and had to appear in 40% of the team's games." The games played requirement was waived for cases of injury and for backup goaltenders.
Graduate students Lexie Adzija, Logan Angers, Shay Maloney and Courtney Vorster were named to the All-American Scholars alongside senior Kate Reilly, junior Sophie Urban, sophomores Mia Lopata, Veronica Bac and first year Tatum Blacker.
