Bobcats Selected No. 7 in Preseason National Polls

HAMDEN, Conn— Quinnipiac men's ice hockey has been ranked No. 7 nationally in both the DCU/USCHO Preseason Poll and the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Preseason Coaches' Poll - as announced on Monday, September 19.
The Bobcats recieved 669 points in the DCU/USCHO Preseason Poll to finish 7th, and earned 439 points in the USA Today/USA Magazine Preseason Poll.
QU finished the 2022-23 campaign with a 32-7-3 overall record, going 17-4-1 in ECAC play. The program tied its single-season record for total victories (32).
The Bobcats won an NCAA Tournament contest vs. St. Cloud State to advance to the Regional Final. Quinnipiac is one of just eight schools in the country to make the Regional Final (Elite Eight) in at least four of the last 10 NCAA Tournaments.
