Bobcats Tied For Fourth After Day One Of Lehigh Invitational

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Quinnipiac women's golf sits in a tie for fourth place out of 16 teams after round one of the Lehigh Invitational on Monday, October 24th.
QU ended the first day of the tournament tied for fourth place among 16 teams after shooting 306 (+18) after the opening round of the invitational. Navy leads the field after shooting 295 (+7) on day one.
Kaylee Sakoda leads the Bobcats after 18 holes after shooting 72 (E) and sits in a tie for third place overall. Peralta sits just one stroke behind the current leaders, Jessie Kweon of St. Johns and Mara Hirtle of Navy.
Fuge Zhang is currently tied for 14th place after carding a 75 (+3). Leeyen Peralta shot a 79 (+7), which has her sitting in a tie for 32nd place with six other golfers.
Meg Yoshida and Emily Luu round out Quinnipiac's grouping as they sit in a tie for 39th and 61st place, respectively. Yoshida carded a 80 (+8) after two rounds and Uchida shot a 84 (+12) to round out day one at the Lehigh Invitational.
The Bobcats will be back in action Tuesday, October 25th, when they close play at the Lehigh Invitational.
