Women's Ice Hockey Conference Schedule Revealed

Bobcats set to play 12 conference games beginning Jan. 8

ALBANY, N.Y. – ECAC Hockey has announced the women's ice hockey 2021 conference schedule on Wednesday, Dec. 9. Quinnipiac will join Clarkson, St. Lawrence and Colgate to begin conference play in January.
Quinnipiac will open ECAC play on the road on Jan. 9 and 10 at Colgate. Puck drop set for 2 p.m. on both days. The Bobcats will then play a non-conference home-and-home series against St. Anselm College on Jan. 15 and 16. Quinnipiac will travel to St. Anselm in Manchester, N.H. on Jan. 15 and will later host the Hawks on Jan. 16.
Quinnipiac will finish the month of January with four straight home games. The Clarkson Golden Knights will come to Hamden to face the Bobcats on Jan. 23 and 24. The Bobcats will then host the St. Lawrence Saints on Jan. 30 and 31. Puck drop will be at 2 p.m. for all four games.
To begin the month of February, Quinnipiac will travel to Canton, N.Y. to face the Saints on Feb. 6 and 7 at 2 p.m. On February 13 and 14, the Bobcats will host the Colgate Raiders in Hamden. Quinnipiac will finish the regular season on the road at Clarkson for a two-game series on Feb. 19 and 20. The Friday night tilt will begin at 5 p.m., and the Saturday matinee is set for 3 p.m.
The ECAC playoffs will feature all four participating programs in a single-elimination championship at the conclusion of the regular season. The women's championship will be held March 5-7, and the winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA championship.
At this time, fans will not be permitted in arenas during ECAC Hockey contests. For the third consecutive season, however, all games will be available on ESPN+ for $5.99 per-month or for international viewers on Stretch Internet.
