Quinnipiac Athletics Announces Fall 2017 Academic Success

Quinnipiac Athletics has announced its academic success for the Fall 2017 semester. Quinnipiac's total 459 student-athletes, that comprise the Bobcats' 21 varsity teams, combined for a department-wide 3.369 semester grade-point average. For the first time in Quinnipiac history, all 21 varsity teams carried a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Women's golf posted the highest GPA among women's teams at 3.72 while men's tennis carried a 3.54 team GPA for the highest among seven men's programs. Of the 459 student-athletes that comprise Quinnipiac Athletics, 219 had a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the semester, with 37 posting a 4.00 for the Fall. 13 student-athletes currently host a cumulative 4.00 GPA.
