CANTON, New York – The Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team was defeated by #8/8 St. Lawrence in Game 2 of the ECAC Quarterfinals, 2-1, on Saturday afternoon, eliminating the Bobcats from the ECAC Hockey Tournament.

- 9:58 2nd Period (Tied 1-1): Hannah Miller found the top right corner from the slot after passes from Justine Reyes and Kennedy Marchment.
- 12:47 2nd Period (SLU 2-1): Justine Reyes cleaned up a rebound from the right post after a shot from Rachael Smith.
- Senior Shannon Cherpak (Enfield, Connecticut) scored her first goal as a Bobcat. The defensemen finishes her career with eight points.
- Sophomore Kate MacKenzie (Winnipeg, Manitoba) notched her fifth assist of the year.
- Junior captain Melissa Samoskevich (Sandy Hook, Connecticut) picked up her 10th helper of the season. She finishes the season with the team lead in points with 25.
- Senior captain Alicia Barry (Hanson, Massachusetts) finished her Bobcat career with 148 games played, two behind the program record set by Taryn Baumgardt last season.
- Defensemen Barry, Cherpak, and MacKenzie each played in all 36 games for Quinnipiac this season.
- Sophomore defenseman Kati Tabin (Winnipeg, Manitoba) and freshmen forwards Brooke Bonsteel (Mississauga, Ontario), Laura Lundblad (Ada, Michigan), and Grace Markey (West Bloomfield, Michigan) also played in every game this year for the Bobcats.
- Sophomore goaltender Abbie Ives (Bedford Hills, New York) finishes the 2017-18 campaign with a 14-13-3 record in 30 games played.
