Dejan Duric Selected to New England Soccer Journal All-Rookie Squad

HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac men's soccer midfielder Dejan Duric (Bielefeld, Germany) has been selected to the 2018 Division I New England Soccer Journal All-Rookie Team, as announced by the publication on Friday, Nov. 23.
Duric, a midfielder, recorded one goal and one assist for three total points as a freshman. He started in all 19 games this season for the Bobcats, logging a team-high 1802 minutes played. Duric was also selected to the 2018 MAAC Men's Soccer All-Rookie squad for his performance.
Duric helped Quinnipiac reach the final round of the MAAC Championships for the third time in the last six years during 2018. The Bobcats won 10 of their last 14 contests to finish the season, outscoring opponents 29-12 in that span.
