Three Bobcats Hit Double Figures in the Loss, Quinnipiac Trailed By Just 12 Entering the Fourth Quarter
COLUMBUS, Ohio – A third straight game to open the season against a high-major opponent for the Quinnipiac women's basketball team ended in defeat as the Bobcats dropped a 95-63 decision at the hands of No. 9/8 nationally-ranked Ohio State from the Value City Arena on Friday night. Aryn McClure (15 points, six rebounds, four assists), Jen Fay (15 points, nine rebounds) and Taylor Herd (career high 10 points) all hit double figures in scoring for the Bobcats who next host Northern Colorado on Wednesday for the 2017-18 home opener.

Playing a Top 10 ranked program for just the fourth time in program history, Quinnipiac heads into their home opener against a 3-0 Northern Colorado team that already owns wins over nationally-ranked DePaul on the road and LSU this season.
