As a Senior in 2017-18:
- MAAC All-Academic Team
- Played in six games before being lost for the year with an injury.
- Named MAAC Player of the Week on 12/4 after averaging 23 points and 11 rebounds in wins over Dayton and Richmond
- Matched her career high with 24 points and added 13 rebounds (one off her career high) in a 72-66 win over Dayton (11/28) in her first start of the season
- Had 22 points and nine rebounds in a win at Richmond (12/1) ...
As a Junior in 2016-17:
- 2016-17 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Played in all 36 games (11 starts)
- Averaged 7.4 points (35.3 FG%, 30.3 3FG%, 75.0 FG%), 4.9 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 18.6 minutes per game
- Recorded 10 double digit scoring games on the season with one 20-point outing and two double-doubles
- Improved her play considerably down the stretch, averaging 9.1 points and 6.5 rebounds while shooting 40.6 percent from the floor in the final 13 games of the season

- Finished tied for second on the team in scoring (300) and third in rebounding (153) and blocks (24)
- Finished the season second on the team with 14 double digit scoring games
- Single-game highlight came in the MAAC Tournament as she pumped in a career high 24 points on 10-of-13 shooting (76.9 percent) in the Quarterfinal round against Niagara (March 4) while adding seven rebounds and two blocks in just 21 minutes
- The 24-point effort was the most for a Bobcat in a conference tournament game since Erin Kerner went for 29 back on March 7, 2009 in a loss to Monmouth in the NEC Quarterfinals
- Across three MAAC Tournament games, Shewan led the Bobcats in scoring (12.3 PPG) and field goal percentage (57.1)
- Averaged 10 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.5 blocks in two WNIT games
- Notched her first career double-double with 15 points (7-13 FG) and 10 rebounds (five offensive) to go along with four assists and two blocks in just 22 minutes in a WNIT First Round home win over Maine (March 18)
- Started the season with 18 points (8-10 FT) and seven rebounds in her first career start against Army West Point (Nov. 15)
- Played well at mid-major power Florida Gulf Coast (Dec. 28) as she finished with 15 points (4-9 FG, 2-5 3FG, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds and two assists in 29 minutes
- Chipped in 11 points (5-9 FG), five rebounds, two assists and two steals in a win over Rider (Jan. 6)
- Scored 13 points (5-7 FG) with three rebounds in a road win over Niagara (Jan. 15)
- Contributed 12 points (5-9 FG), two assists and two blocks in just 18 minutes in a home win against Siena (Jan. 24)
- Scored 14 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 3FG) with four rebounds in 21 minutes in a home victory over Monmouth (Jan. 28)
- Was solid all-around with 13 points (5-9 FG), seven rebounds and two steals in 24 minutes on the road in a win over Siena (Feb. 5)
- Tallied nine points, seven rebounds and two assists in just 19 minutes in the MAAC Regular Season title-clinching win at Iona (Feb. 28)
As a Freshman in 2014-15:
- Appeared in 34 games off the bench for the Bobcats
- Averaged 3.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, 0.6 assists, 0.5 blocks and 0.4 steals in 11.8 minutes per game
- Led the Bobcats, shooting 80.0 percent (32-40 FT) from the free throw line in 2014-15
- Notched 10 points (3-4 FG, 2-3 3FG, 2-3 FT) in just 12 minutes off the bench as she led the charge at Fairfield (Dec. 7) as the Bobcats erased a 17-point first half deficit to take the road victory
- Posted a solid stat line including six points, four rebounds, season-high four assists and two steals in 19 minutes against Drexel (Dec. 17)
- Notched seven points, six rebounds, one assist and one steal in 17 minutes agaisnt Niagara (Jan. 2)
- Put together a tremendous all-around effort with nine points (2-3 3FG) to go along with a season-high 12 rebounds, two steals, one assist and one block in a season-high 22 minutes against Monmouth (Jan. 4)
- Had a season-high 13 points (4-6 FG, 2-2 3FG, 3-4 FT) to go along with two steals in 18 minutes against Rider (Feb. 7)
- Went 6-for-6 at the free throw line on her way to six points in 15 minutes at Rider (Feb. 26)
- Grabbed four rebounds in six minutes in the MAAC Semifinals against Siena (March 8) and hit a bit three-pointer to end the first half in the MAAC Championship against Marist (March 9)
- Played 10 minutes in the NCAA Tournament against Oklahoma (March 21)
Prior to Quinnipiac:
- Hailing from Russell, Ontario, Shewan played at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School, where she was the team MVP in four consecutive seasons (2010-14)
- At STA, the 6-foot-2 forward helped lead the squad to two league championships and four Eastern Ontario Secondary School Athletic Association (EOSSAA) tournament appearances
- In addition to her prowess on the court, Shewan excelled in the classroom as well and found her name on the honor roll in each of her four years at STA
- Outside of high school basketball, Shewan took part in several developmental leagues that helped her prepare for collegiate athletics
- Her stint began with the Russell Rockets and the Ottawa Guardmen before joining the Ottawa Nationals which was her final stay in Canada
- She also got the chance to play in the “Toronto A-Game,” an event that allowed her to travel to the United States to showcase her talents in front of collegiate coaches
- Shewan is ranked No. 16 among Canadian players and ranked No. 134 in the entire class of 2014 Girls Basketball Report – making her the second-highest ranked player to even attend Quinnipiac
