Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts – The Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team was defeated on Tuesday night by the Boston College, 4-2. Brooke Bonsteel scored the first goal of the game, and Kenzie Lancaster netted one in the third, but it would not be enough to defeat the #3 Eagles.

- 10:33 1st Period (QU 1-0): Brooke Bonsteel cleaned up a rebound off a shot by Kenzie Lancaster from the left circle. Bonsteel was sitting in front of the back post and tapped the puck into the open net. Lancaster's shot came off a pass from Anna Kilponen.
- 5:30 2nd Period (Tied 1-1): Makenna Newkirk found the back of the net from close range on the left side after passes from Daryl Watts and Caitrin Lonergan.
- 10:51 2nd Period (BC 2-1): Caitrin Lonergan scored from right in front of the net following passes from Daryl Watts and Willow Corson.
- 1:42 3rd Period (BC 3-1): After Daryl Watts was stopped on a breakaway, Willow Corson tapped the loose puck into the open net.
- 4:23 3rd Period (BC 4-1): Daryl Watts found the back of the net off of passes from Caitlin Lonergan and Willow Corson.
- 14:16 3rd Period (BC 4-2): Kenzie Lancaster went top shelf and found the left corner to beat the goaltender. Lancaster was lurking on the left side and was found by Randi Marcon, who received her pass from Anna Kilponen.
- Freshman Brooke Bonsteel (Mississauga, Ontario) scored the first goal of the contest just over halfway through the first period.
- Bonsteel's goal was her fourth of the season, as well as her second power play goal. This gives her the team lead in both categories.
- Having scored in the previous two games against Vermont, Bonsteel becomes the first Bobcat since T.T. Cianfarano (Oswego, New York) to score goals in three consecutive games did so between Sept. 30 and Oct. 7 of 2016.
- Junior Kenzie Lancaster (Waxhaw, North Carolina) tallied her second goal and her third assist of the year
- Both Bonsteel and Lancaster have recorded points in three straight games. Sophomore Sarah-Eve Coutu-Godbout (Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec) was the first Bobcat to do so this season.
- Bonsteel and Lancaster are now tied for the team lead in points (5).
- Junior Anna Kilponen (Orivesi, Finland) recorded two assists on the night. This is her first multi-point game as a Bobcat.
- Junior Randi Marcon (Winnipeg, Manitoba) tallied her third assist of the season.
- Kilponen, Lancaster, and Marcon are now tied for the team lead in assists (3).
