In addition, Quinnipiac will provide a Fan Bus to Lake Placid, with a cost of $20 per seat, to depart TD Bank Sports Center on Friday, Mar. 18 at 8 a.m. and return after the completion of the game. Should Quinnipiac advance to the Championship Game, the Fan Bus will depart on Saturday, Mar. 19 at 11 a.m., and will also return after that game's conclusion.

All Bobcats fans are welcome to join fellow fans in Lake Placid, N.Y., at Generations Tap & Grill before and after the Quinnipiac men's ice hockey game(s) during the ECAC Men's Hockey Championship for an informal meet up. Generations will serve as Quinnipiac's headquarters during the tournament. Generations closes at 9 p.m., and is located across the street from Herb Brooks Arena, at the Golden Arrow Resort, at 2543 Main Street, Lake Placid.

Lake Placid annually hosted the ECAC Men's Hockey Championship for a 10-year period from 1993-02 and as well as in 2014 and 2015. The arena has been used several times for college hockey championships in the United States. It hosted the 1970, 1984 and 1988 NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Championship, commonly referred to as the Frozen Four. The arena has hosted the NCAA Women's Ice Hockey Championship as well, in 2007.
The 13,450-seat multi-purpose venue was constructed for the 1980 Winter Olympics and seats approximately 7,700 for hockey.

TELEVISION
ECAC Hockey has partnered with American Sports Network (ASN) to televise the 2016 semifinals and championship game March 18-19 at the 1980 Rink - Herb Brooks Arena, Lake Placid N.Y.
Eric Frede will be the play-by-play announcer with Colby Cohen providing color commentary.

Doors open at 2:30 p.m. Friday, one hour and thirty minutes prior to game time and 6:30 p.m. Saturday, one hour prior to game time.

RE-ENTRY
Ticketed guests will be permitted to leave the arena after the first game and return for the second game. Guests will need to get their hand stamped at any admission turnstile when they leave the building, and hold onto their tickets for re-admission.

The Stanley Cup
The Stanley Cup®, will appear at upcoming ECAC Men's Hockey Championship on Friday, March 18 at both the 4 & 7:30 p.m. semifinal games.
Fans can see the Cup up close and take self photos with the National Hockey League (NHL®) Championship Trophy at the 1980 Rink-Herb Brooks Arena, on the main concourse, near section 19, during both ECAC Men's Hockey Championship Semifinal games.
The oldest trophy in North American professional sports, the Stanley Cup trophy's origins date to 1892 and it has been awarded to the National Hockey League Playoffs Champion since 1926. It is unique because it includes the engraved names of players and team personnel of its champions on bands around the base of the trophy. Periodically, bands are retired to make room for new ones. The retired bands are displayed at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.
