James will be entering his third season as an assistant for the Quinnipiac Men's Cross Country program and helped the program come off one of its most successful championship performances of the decade.
The Bobcats brought in eight new runners, with seven first years and a grad student helping Mas and Quinnipiac to its best team average since 2018. James also helped guide first year Alex Saldana to the best individual effort by a Bobcat since 2019, as the runner finished 45th to lead all Quinnipiac runners.
