Jen Mead enters her 17th year and fifth as the associate head athletic trainer at Quinnipiac University. Mead served for the previous 11 years as an assistant athletic trainer.
She works primarily with the Quinnipiac women’s soccer and tennis programs.
Mead came to Quinnipiac after spending two and a half years at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County, where she worked closely with the school’s 22 Division I sports as an assistant athletic trainer.
Prior to UMBC, Mead served in the same capacity at SUNY-New Paltz for over one year. She also worked as a graduate assistant trainer at Indiana State University.
Mead holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Castleton State College in Vermont and a Master’s of Science degree from Indiana State University.
