Since joining the Bobcats sidelines for the 2018-19 season, Wilson has helped lead the program to 75 wins, a MAAC Champiomship (2019), an NCAA Tournament appearance (2019) and one WNIT appearance (2022).
Under Wilson's guidance, Connecticut College reached new heights over the past decade, making the program's first four appearances in the NESCAC Championship Tournament (2012, 2014-2016). Included in that stretch was a 17-7 record in 2015-16, which resulted in the first-ever home game in the NESCAC Championship Tournament for the Camels.
In 2014-15, the Camels posted a 16-9 record and earned their second consecutive appearance in the NESCAC Championship Tournament, finishing with a 6-4 mark in conference play. The previous season, the Camels also finished with a 6-4 NESCAC record, which marked the first time the program had finished above .500 in conference play.
In 2011-12, Connecticut College finished 16-7 overall and 5-5 in the NESCAC, marking the program's first winning season in 15 years. Wilson then guided the Camels to five straight winning seasons in his final five years at the helm, giving him six winning seasons in his last seven campaigns.
Wilson joined Connecticut College in 2009 after serving as an assistant at the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., where he served as recruiting coordinator and associate head coach. During his six-year stint at Holy Cross, the women's basketball team played in four consecutive Patriot League Championship games and advanced to the NCAA Tournament in 2005 and 2007.
Wilson graduated from the University of Virginia in 2000 and earned a master's degree from Western Kentucky University in 2006. He resides in Hamden with his wife, Katie, and their three children, Sophie, Shiloh and Gabriel.
