AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR IN 2015:
- 2015 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Appeared in all seven events throughout the season
- Started the year with a 24th place finish (fifth on the team) at the Stony Brook Invitational with a time of 19:37.87
- Took 45th place at the Rider Invitational (fifth on the team), with a time of 25:44.1
- Placed third on the team (highest finish since 2012) and 87th overall at the New England Championships with a time of 25:55.46
- At the CCSU Mini Meet, he placed 80th (sixth on the team) with a time of 16:16.8
- A year after finishing sixth at the 2014 MAAC Championships, he was the third-fastest Bobcat at the 2015 MAAC Championships as he finished 51st overall with a time of 25:15.8
- Was fifth-fastest on the team and 209th overall with a time of 34:30 at the NCAA Northeast Regional
AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR IN 2014:
- Tied for the team-lead with seven appearances throughout the 2014 season
- Successfully returned back to form after missing the majority of his junior season due to injury
- Made his first appearance in over a year as he placed 43rd (4th on the team) at the Nassaney Memorial Race (9/6) with a time of 17:00.8
- Continued at the Monmouth Invitational (9/20) where he finished 47th overall (5th on the team) with a time of 28:01.4
- Landed in 52nd place (6th on the team) at the Paul Short Run (10/4) with a time of 25:59
- Placed 105th overall (6th on the team) at the New England Championships (10/11) with a time of 25:47.99
- Matched his season-high with the 4th-fastest time on the team, placing 49th overall at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/24) with a time of 15:48.12
- Placed 64th overall (6th on the team) in his first career appearance at the MAAC Championships (10/31), clocking in at 27:10.39
- Wrapped up the season at the NCAA Regionals (11/14) from Van Cortlandt Park where he placed 162nd overall (6th on the team) with a time of 33:07.7
AS A JUNIOR IN 2013:
- Appeared in the Stony Brook Invitational on Aug. 31 where he finished 19th overall with a time of 20:19.43
- Missed the remainder of the season and took a medical redshirt due to injury
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2012:
- Competed in five events for the Bobcats
- Provided the Bobcats with great depth as he finished with the third-best time on the team three times and never finished worse than sixth all season
- Began the year with a 19th place result at the Stony Brook Invitational after a time of 20:38.52
- Started a string of three straight races where he finished as the third-fastest Bobcat first with the Nassaney Memorial Race as he crossed the line in 27:05.5, good enough for 35th overall out of 125
- Followed up with a new personal-best time of 26:11.80 at the New England Championships and finished third on the team again at the Princeton Invitational with another strong time of 26:24
- Came through with perhaps his greatest race of the 2012 season as he posted a 21st place finish in the overall standings at the NEC Championships with a time of 26:12.27
- Capped his 2012 campaign with a time of 34:47.1 in the NCAA Regional
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2011:
- Participated in seven races for the Bobcats
- Was the fastest Quinnipiac runner in the Central Connecticut Cross Country Mini-Meet on Oct. 21 with 15:52
- Ran the NCAA Northeast Regionals on Nov. 12 in 37:03
- Finished in 37th place at the Northeast Conference Championship on Oct. 21 with a time of 28:10.60
- Competed in the New England Championships and finished with a season-best 27:49 on Oct. 8
- Placed 35th at the Monmouth Invitational on Sep. 17 with 27:56.9
- Finished the Fordham University Invitational in 28:53.07, good for 112th place
- Placed 11th at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sep. 3
