Earned All-New England honors with the eighth-place DMR squad on Feb. 23...placed ninth in rhe mile (4:32.50) at the Yale Collegiate Track Classic on Jan. 13... ran on the fourth-place 4x800m relay (8:14.52) at URI's Sorlein Memorial Indoor Classic on Jan. 20...competed in the mile (4:29.85) at the NEC Championships on Feb. 10...ran the opening 1200m leg for the second-place DMR team (10:30.91) at the NEC Championships on Feb. 11...ran the opening 1200m leg on the eighth-place DMR team which ran a season-best time of 10:12.20 at the New England Championships on Feb. 23.
As a sophomore (cross country):
Named All-NEC on Oct. 28 for placing third overall at the NEC Championships...finished 26th overall and fifth on the team at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 1 for navigating the course in 16:19.14... placed 35th overall and fourth on the team in 27:36 to help lead the Bobcats to a third-place finish of 19 schools at the Fordham Invitational on Sept. 9...finished 29th overall and 11th on the team in 27:57.1 at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 22...finished 49th overall and sixth on the team in 26:09.8 to help lead the Bobcats to a seventh-place standing of 27 schools at the UAlbany Invtitational on Oct. 14... placed 13th overall and sixth on the team in 26:42.2 to help lead the club to its second NEC Championship in three years on Oct. 28... finished 151st overall and fifth on the team in 35:34.6 to help lead the Bobcats to a 16th place standing at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 11.

Competed in the 1500m (4:28.68) at the NEC Championships on May 6.
As a freshman (indoors):
Finished fifth in his heat of the mile (4:34.66) at the NEC Championships on Feb. 11...ran a personal best time in the mile (4:24.94) at the New England Championships on Feb. 24.
As a freshman (cross country):
Finished 33rd overall (17:40.04) and sixth on the team in his Bobcat debut at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 2...placed 32nd overall (28:22) and seventh on the team at the Red Flash Invitational on Sept. 17...finished 22nd overall (27:52.1) and eighth on the team at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 23.
Before Quinnipiac:
Competed as a four-sport athlete in cross country and indoor track (four years) and baseball and outdoor track (two years)...received a plethora of honors, including first team All-ECC, All-State (open), All-State Class MM, and All-New England in cross country...indoors, he was honored as All-ECC (1000m), All-State Class M (1600m), and All-New England (mile)...outdoors, All-State Class MM (1600m)...team was CIAC Class MM Champs all four years he competed.
