HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac Women's Soccer played to a 1-1 draw vs. Syracuse in its 2025 home opener on Thursday afternoon in Hamden.

Senior Madison Alves netted the Bobcats' lone goal of the match in the 76th minute of the game. First year Corey Anderson played it in from a corner, and Alves finished it off for her first of the season.

The Orange would score less than 60 seconds later to even things 1-1.
