Field Hockey Announces 2025 Schedule

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac field hockey head coach Nina Klein has announced the Bobcats' 2025 schedule, including nine games at the Quinnipiac Field Hockey Stadium.
The Bobcats' 2025 schedule will be 18 total matchups, playing seven Big East games and 11 nonconference. In their nonconference schedule they will face four Patriot League teams, three NEC teams, two America East teams, and one team each from the Ivy League and CAA.
The Bobcats begin the season on the road, heading to Worcester, Mass., to face Holy Cross on August 29. They will then turn around for their home opener at Quinnipiac Field Hockey Stadium hosting Bucknell on August 31.
QU will then play three straight road games, beginning at University of Maine, playing the Black Bears on September 5 and then Stonehill College at University of Maine on September 6. They end the three-game trip with a game at Boston University on September 12.
The Bobcats return for a three-game homestand, beginning with Columbia University on September 14. QU will then open their BIG EAST schedule on September 19 with Liberty University. They finish the homestand with a game against Merrimack College on September 21.
Quinnipiac will finish September at Old Dominion on the 26th before coming back to begin October at home with another BIG EAST game against Temple on the 3rd. They then go on the road to Wagner College on October 5th, and Providence College on October 10th before returning home for three straight games.
The homestand will begin with a matchup against Lafayette College on October 12. Villanova will come to QU on October 17 for their penultimate home BIG EAST game before the Bobcats host Northeastern on October 19.
QU will play two of their last three games on the road, going to Georgetown on October 24 and UMass Lowell on October 26 before returning home to play UConn on Halloween to finish their season.
The Bobcats return 16 players from a season ago, including All-BIG EAST Second Team selection Francisca Eschoyez while head coach Nina Klein enters her third season at the helm of the program.
