No. 2 Bobcats Drop Senior Day Matchup with No. 4 Oregon

HAMDEN, Conn. — The No. 2 Quinnipiac acrobatics and tumbling program postseason a season-high point total for Senior Day on Sunday but ultimately fell to Oregon by 1.215 in its penultimate home meet at M&T Bank Arena.
Quinnipiac posted a pair of 29.5 scores apiece in the Acro and Pyramid events but Oregon took the team event by 2.09, leading to their win.

HIGHLIGHTS
The Bobcats started strong in compulsory, highlighted by a 9.95 in the toss heat and 9.75 in the pyramid heat.
Acro 5 and Acro 7 both stood out for the Bobcats, as both posted a 9.9 out of a possible 10 start value.
They posted the same again in the pyramid heat, scoring a pair of 9.9's and another 9.85.
Moving to the open toss, the Bobcats recorded a 9.80 out of a possible 10 to round out the event.

The Bobcats return home for a final time on March 28, hosting AIC for a 6:30 p.m. meet at M&T Bank Arena.
The meet will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
