QU Drops Non-Conference Finale at Denver

DENVER, Colo – Quinnipiac rounded out the non-conference schedule on Sunday at Denver, falling by the final score of 14-7 at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium.
Justin Robbert tallied three goals for the Bobcats – who battled against nationally-ranked Denver throughout the contest.
Nate Watson chipped in with two goals and two assists, while Ryan Downing and Trevor Douglas also scored.
Frank Mousa won 8-of-14 faceoff battles. Mason Oak made 12 more saves in front of the cage.

- The Bobcats led 3-2 through 11 minutes of action against the nationally-ranked Pioneers. The two teams were tied 3-3 at the end of the first quarter.
