Fabbri Adds Hopper To The Staff

Ashley Hopper Has Been Named Director of Basketball Operations
HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac University women's basketball Head Coach Tricia Fabbri announced the addition of Ashley Hopper as the Director of Basketball Operations on Tuesday, July 16th.
"I want to thank Coach Fabbri for the opportunity," said Hopper. "I am super grateful to be at Quinnipiac and it's been a pleasure getting to know the team. I can't wait for the season!"
Before joining Quinnipiac, Hopper was at La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Hopper played one season on the women's basketball team (2023-2024) after being the team manager for four seasons. Hopper recorded her first collegiate point at George Mason (12/30/23) and got her first start against VCU (2/24/24).
During her time as a manager, Hopper assisted the coaching staff in helping prepare the team for practices, games, and film and scout sessions. Hopper worked with current QU Assistant Coach Sam Guastella while at La Salle.
Hopper graduated from La Salle University in 2024, receiving a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in public health. She is a native of Rockledge, PA, and currently resides in Meriden.
