Quinnipiac Continues Unbeaten Run, Knocking Off Iona

HAMDEN, Conn. — The Quinnipiac Acrobatics & Tumbling program continued its unbeaten run to begin the season on Saturday, posting a 270.825 en route to a home victory over Iona.
The Bobcats improved to 5-0 and are one win away from an unbeaten regular season, something they have yet to do in program history.

HIGHLIGHTS
The Bobcats started strong in compulsory, posting a 9.800 in both the pyramid and toss heats of the meet's opening event.
Quinnipiac continued its strong pyramid event run, posting a pair of 9.750 before closing with an open pyramid score of 9.900.
Kat Carter took center stage in the tumbling event, posting one of the Bobcats' two, 9.700 passes as they seized control with a 5.525 point victory in the event.
