Gay Leads Bobcats at BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational

BOSTON, Mass. - Eleven Bobcats competed at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Friday, Feb. 11 in Boston. The team entered 11 student-athletes into the 200m event, and the team recorded four career-best times and six season-best times.

Aisha Gay led the team with an impressive second place finish overall in the 200m.

Aisha Gay posted a career-best time in the 200m dash, taking second place overall (24.37). She led the team with a second place finish overall, despite starting in Section 10.
Also racing in the 200m, Kalli'ana Botelho finished in 14th place with a career-best time of 24.89.
Alyssa Romagnoli took 48th place with a 25.41, which is a personal best for this season.
Hayden Robinson placed 55th with a career-best time of 25.57.
Symone Foster took 78th place with a time of 25.86.
Britney Del Mundo finished with a time of 26.01 in 88th place, which was good for a career-best time.
Rylie Smith finished in 104th with a time of 26.23, which is a season best time.
Hailey Tolson posted a time of 26.56, finishing in 127th and tallying a season-best time.
Camille Blain finished right behind Smith, taking 127th place with a time of 26.58, which is a season-best time.
Avery Jordan tallied a time of 26.65, which is a season-best time and took 131st place.
Eileen Donovan placed 151st with a time 26.91, beating her personal best time by almost two seconds.
