ECAC Hockey Announces Men's 2021-22 Conference Schedule

Men's Ice Hockey Opens League Play at Yale on Nov. 5
- MEN'S ICE HOCKEY 2021-22 SCHEDULE
ALBANY, N.Y. – ECAC Hockey has announced the 2021-22 conference schedule on Tuesday, May 11, and the Quinnipiac men's ice hockey team is slated to open league play on Friday, Nov. 5 at Yale.
Quinnipiac's non-conference schedule, as well as its two games against travel partner Princeton, will be announced at a later date. Game times will also be announced at a later date.
The Bobcats will open league play with the first installment of the Battle of Whitney Ave. on Nov. 5 at Yale, before heading out to Providence to face Brown on the road on Saturday. This is the first time since the 2010-11 season that the Bobcats opening league weekend features Brown and Yale, and first time ever that Yale is Quinnipiac's league opener opponent.
Quinnipiac will be home at Frank Perrotti Jr. Arena to open the home ECAC Hockey slate of games two weeks later when it hosts Clarkson on Nov. 19 and St. Lawrence on Nov. 20.
Prior to closing out the first half of the 2021-22 season, Quinnipiac will make a trip to the Capital Region to take on Rensselaer on Dec. 3 and Union on Dec. 4.
The Bobcats pick back up its ECAC Hockey slate with back-to-back home weekends in the new year when the Bobcats host Brown on Jan. 7 and Yale on Jan. 8 followed by Harvard on Jan. 14 and Dartmouth Jan. 15, all at Frank Perrotti Jr. Arena. The Bobcats will hit the road for one more league weekend in January, traveling to Central New York to face Colgate on Jan. 21 and Cornell on Jan. 22.
Quinnipiac opens up the month of February hosting Union on Feb. 4 and Rensselaer on Feb. 5 before hitting the road the next two weekends. The Bobcats head to the North Country on Feb. 11-12, taking on St. Lawrence and Clarkson, before traveling the following weekend to Dartmouth on Feb. 18 and Harvard on Feb. 19.
The Bobcats close out the 2021-22 regular season hosting Cornell on Feb. 25 and Colgate on Feb. 26.
Quinnipiac won its fifth Cleary Cup in last nine seasons as ECAC Hockey Regular Season Champions and reached its third-ever ECAC Hockey Championship game in the 2020-21 season.
