QU Earns 3 All-MAAC Honors

Yannone, Cachapero, Martinovic All Recognized by League
EDISON, N.J. – Quinnipiac men's tennis earned three All-MAAC awards, as announced by the league office on Friday, April 23.
Patrick Cachapero and Austin Yannone were named to the All-MAAC Second Team in singles, while Yannone/Aleksa Martinovic grabbed All-MAAC Second Team honors in doubles action.
Patrick Cachapero was named to the All-MAAC Second Team at No. 4 singles, going 3-2 from the position this year. Cachapero won two MAAC matches at No. 4 singles.
Austin Yannone was named to the All-MAAC Second Team at No. 6 singles, after finishing the spring with a 4-1 mark from that position. He went 3-1 in MAAC singles matches, and has won four of his last six matches.
Austin Yannone and Aleksa Martinovic captured No. 2 Doubles All-MAAC Second Team honors, after going 5-1 overall as a duo this spring. The pair went 4-1 in MAAC matches playing together in doubles, including a 3-1 mark in league matches from the No. 2 spot.
