Bobcats Earn First Sweep of the Season Over Niagara

HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac men's tennis team earned back-to-back MAAC wins at home and picked up their first sweep of the season against Niagara on Saturday afternoon.

The teams of Carlos Braun Simo / Alessandro Sciacca & Csanad Nyaradi / Vishal Prakash won their matches to secure the doubles point. Nyaradi and Prakash earned their seventh doubles win over the last eight matches.

Braun Simo, Sciacca, Prakash, Nyaradi and Finn Burridge picked up singles wins for QU in straight sets. Elias Hoxha sealed the sweep, winning in three sets.

QU improves to 5-3 in MAAC play.
