Vasile Earns 2 Wins to Lead Bobcats
HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's tennis earned a 5-2 win over Fairfield on Wednesday afternoon at the Outdoor Tennis Courts in Hamden.
Dominique Vasile won a pair of matches for the Bobcats – who move to 5-0 in the MAAC with the victory. Quinnipiac has now won 48 straight regular season conference matches.

- Dominique Vasile and Stephanie Yanosov improved to 8-3 as a pair this season, winning at No. 3 doubles (7-5) over Fairfield's Komer/Prinos.
- Madison Williams earned her eighth singles win of the year, topping Fairfield's Karman (6-0, 6-0) in straight sets.
- Claire Koscielski picked up another win at No. 1 singles. The reigning MAAC Player of the Week won (6-2, 6-1) over Nowak to pick up the Bobcats' second point of the afternoon.
- Kamilla Nella won in two sets (7-5, 6-1) over Hutchinson. Nella is now 8-3 in singles play, going a perfect 8-0 from the No. 2 spot.
- Payton Bradley won her third singles match of the spring season. Bradley won in three sets over Prinos at No. 5 singles (1-6, 7-5, 6-1).
- Dominique Vasile picked up her second win of the day at No. 3 singles. Vasile moved to 9-2 in singles action this year, topping Plumtree of Fairfield in three sets.
