HOLMDEL, N.J. - The Quinnipiac men's cross country team took 8th at the 2019 MAAC Championships. Sophomore Cam Starr finished at the top of the Quinnipiac men in 30th place with a time of 26:45.10 in the 8k run. Iona took home the championship for the 30th consecutive time.

QUINNIPIAC RESULTS (Men's 8k Race)

In 64th place, sophomore Matthew Burke finished with a time of 27:36.54.
Junior Jeff Venter placed in 67th place with a time of 27:41.61.
In 70th place, sophomore Jack Hilton tallied a time of 27:43.40.
Right behind Hilton was first-year Matthew Rene, who took 71st with a time of 27:46.61.
Sophomore Jacob St. Onge recorded a 77th place finish with a time of 27:49.57.
Senior Matthew Allen finished in 79th place with a time of 27:50.97 in the 8k race.
Sophomore Max Stenslie recorded a time of 27:59.63.
Senior Michael Kiernan tallied a time of 29:56.80 in 137th place, and freshman Dylan Manning was right behind him with a time of 29:57.38 in 138th place.
First-year Gary Sautner took 149th place (30:56.36), and senior Joseph Lazzaro took 154th (31:31:.60).
