Bobcats, Red Foxes to kickoff Wednesday night at 7 PM in Poughkeepsie
HAMDEN, Conn. - The Quinnipiac women's soccer team is back in action Wednesday night against the Marist Red Foxes. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

Last Time Out:
Quinnipiac played its second MAAC opponent of the season at the Quinnipiac Soccer Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 28. The Bobcats fell, 2-0, to the Rider Broncs. Despite outshooting Rider 30-9, Quinnipiac could not find the back of the net against Rider. Ailis Martin and Sofia Soares scored to lift the Broncs over the Bobcats. Carmyn Carbonell recorded 15 saves, while freshman Meaghan Phillips tallied three. Freshmen Olivia Scott and Markela Bejleri and sophomore Selena Salas notched three shots each to lead the team.
Scouting Marist:
The Red Foxes will host the Bobcats with a 3-6-1 overall record and an 0-1-1 record in the MAAC. To begin conference play, Marist faced Monmouth and Iona, recording a 3-0 loss against the Hawks and a 1-1 tie against the Gaels. Marist's Kristen Prevosto and Victoria Colatosti are both ranked second in the conference with 10 points on the season each (4 goals, 2 assists). Both are averaging 1.00 point per game, which is rnaked sixth in the MAAC, and their four goals on the season are ranked fourth in the conference.
Last Year against the Red Foxes:
In last two seasons, Quinnipiac and Marist have tied two games 1-1 each time. Overall, Quinnipiac holds a 2-2-2 record against Marist. Salas scored the lone goal in the 1-1 tie in 2018.
