Rita Campbell was one of the key members during the Quinnipiac women’s basketball dynasty between the years of 1982–86. Campbell currently stands fifth all-time in scoring with 1,320 points. In 1983–84, Campbell helped Quinnipiac to its bestever finish (28–3) while reaching the quarterfinal round of the NCAA Division II Tournament. During the course of her four-year career, Quinnipiac posted an amazing record of 100–20 (.830).
