A two-sport star for Quinnipiac in the 1950s, Bob Finn excelled on the basketball court as well as the baseball field. Finn was a three-time captain of the baseball team from 1957– 59 and was also captain of the basketball team in 1959. In 1959, Finn lead Quinnipiac to SNECC Championships in both basketball and baseball. A solid all-around athlete, Finn was the Connecticut State High School one-meter spring board diving champion in 1953.
