Olivia King joined Quinnipiac University athletics as an Associate Athletic Trainer in February 2023. Prior to joining Quinnipiac, she was an Associate Athletic Trainer at Army West Point with the men’s and women’s lacrosse programs. In addition, Olivia has previous experience working at Emory University, Marietta High School, and Syracuse University.
In June of 2023, Olivia was appointed as an athletic trainer with the USA Lacrosse U20 Women’s National Team. She will be working with them through the 2024 World Cup in Hong Kong.
King graduated from the University of Georgia with her athletic training degree in 2015. She received her master’s degree from Syracuse University while working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with women’s lacrosse and football.
In addition to being a certified athletic trainer, Olivia is a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician, a Red Cross First AID/CPR Instructor, and a Stop the Bleed Instructor. She is licensed to practice athletic training in Connecticut, New York, Maryland and Georgia.
Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Olivia currently resides in New Britain, CT.
