As a Senior in 2017-18:
- MAAC All-Academic Team
- Earned a seventh-place finish in the long jump at the MAAC Championships (2/17) with a jump of 5.38 meters
- Also came in 19th at MAACs in the 200 meters with a 27.20
- Opened the year with a fourth-place finish in the long jump at the Yale Season Opener (12/9) with a 5.33
- Earned a sixth-place finish in the long jump at the BU Terrier Classic (1/27) with a 5.41
- Came in 22nd at the New England Championships in the long jump with a 5.29 (2/2)
As a Junior in 2016-17:
- 2016-17 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Competed primarily in the long jump but also made appearances for the first time in the triple jump as well as the 60m dash
- Placed fourth in the long jump at the URI Sorlien Invitational (1/21) with a jump of 4.90m
- Took 17th place out of 42 competitors in the long jump at the Terrier Invitational (1/27) as she jumped 5.16m
- Tied for 10th place in the long jump (5.32m) and took 15th place in the triple jump (9.97m) at the MAAC Championships (2/18)
- Placed 22nd overall in the long jump (4.94m) at the New England Championships (2/24)
As a Sophomore in 2015-16:
- 2015-16 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Scored her first career individual victory, taking first place in the long jump at the Giegengack Invitational (2/5) with a jump of 5.51m
- Opened the season placing second in the long jump (5.24m) at the Yale Season Opener (12/5)
- Earned another second place finish in the long jump the following weekend at the Wagner Seahawk Shootout (12/11), jumping 5.17m
- Placed fifth in the 200m with a time of 26.51 at the Wagner Seahawk Shootout
- Earned a third straight Top 10 finish in the long jump at the Great Dane Classic (1/16), placing ninth with a jump of 5.44m
- Scored a season-high jump of 5.54m in the long jump at the Gotham Cup (1/22) which earned her a 14th place finish
- Posted an 11th place finish at the Terrier Invitational (1/29) with a jump of 5.36m in the long jump
- Turned in a seventh place finish in the 60m dash with a time of 8.11 at the Giegengack Invitational (2/5)
- Ran a personal-best time of 25.93 in the 200m at the Valentine Invitational (2/12)
- Placed fifth overall in the long jump with a jump of 5.50m at the MAAC Championships (2/21)

As a Freshman in 2014-15:
- Excelled in her signature long jump event, breaking the program record five times throughout the season
- Compiled seven Top 10 finishes in long jump events throughout the 2014-15 season
- Started off placing 7th in the long jump at the Yale Season Opener (12/6), with a jump of 5.13m
- Put together a season-best time of 26.90 in the 200m at the Yale Season Opener
- Took 9th place in the long jump at the Yale Invitational (1/10) with a jump of 5.09m
- Broke the long jump program record in consecutive weeks starting at the Gotham Cup (1/16) with 5.31m and then followed that up with a 4th place finish at the Metro Team Challenge (1/23) with a jump of 5.43m
- Finished 6th overall at the URI Coaches Invitational (2/7) with a jump of 5.35m
- Broke the program record again at the Valentine Invitational (2/13), placing 13th out of 83 competitors with a jump of 5.49m
- Placed 11th overall at the MAAC Championships (2/21) with a season-best time of 7.97 seconds in the 60m dash, becoming just the fifth Bobcat in program history to run a 60m in under eight seconds
- Took 4th place in the long jump with her fifth and final program record jump of 5.55m at the MAAC Championships
- Placed 7th overall at the New England Championships (2/28) with a jump of 5.41m
Prior to Quinnipiac:
- Completed a stellar four-year career at Haddam-Killingworth High School where she lettered in track and field all four years as well as gymnastics in her freshman year
- Starred in the local ranks at Connecticut as she was named First Team All-State three times (long jump and triple jump in 2011, 2013-2014)
- Also an All-Conference runner in Outdoor Track (long jump, triple jump, 100m dash, 200m in 2012-14)
- Pfrommer helped guide Haddam-Killingworth to an 8-1 record in both the 2013 and 2014 seasons as well as the Shoreline League Conference Championship in Indoor Track 2013-14 and Outdoor Track 2014
- Finished her career as the Shoreline League Conference record holder in the 100m dash, 200m dash, long jump and triple jump
- Earned 5th place in the long jump at the New Balance Nationals
- Named an Emerging Elite in indoor track 2013-14
- Team MVP 2010-14
- Scholar Athlete Honors 2011-14
Personal:
- Born and raised in Killingworth, Connecticut
- Daughter of J Howard and Karen Pfrommer
- Has two older siblings, sister Kayla and brother Chris
- Competed in a National Film and Video competition called STN in Los Angeles in the Spring of 2013 and in Orlando in the Spring of 2014
- It was here where Pfrommer found her passion in film and has led to her selecting to major in Film, Video and Interactive Media at Quinnipiac
