- MAAC All-Academic Team
- Came in 10th in the long jump at the MAAC Championships (5.21)
- Helped the 4x100 relay team come in fifth at the MAACs as well with a 49.28
- Won the long jump at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/29) by breaking her own school record with a 5.87 on her Senior Day.
- Added a ninth-place finish in the 100 at Yale with a 12.93, while helping the 4x100 relay team to a second-place finish with a 49.82
- Was sixth at the Stony Brook Wolfie Invitational in the long jump with a 5.23 (4/21)
As a Junior in 2017:

- Competed and achieved season highs in the long jump (5.45m), 100m (12.59) and 200m (25.69) events
- Clocked the seventh-fastest 100m time in program history (12.59 seconds) at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/30) while she also secured the seventh-best 200m time in program history (25.69) at the Wolfie Invitational (4/22)
- Helped lead the Bobcats to the 4x100m relay MAAC title as she combined with Bonnie Pisciotta, Francine Jacque and Jessica Lee to clock in at 47.51 seconds (third-fastest time in program history)
- Defended her 4x100m relay title at the UMass Minuteman Invitational (4/15) as she combined with Pisciotta, Jacque and Lee to clock in at 47.52 seconds (bested runner-up Holy Cross by 0.01 seconds)
- Placed ninth in the long jump at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/7) as she posted a mark of 5.25m
- Claimed fourth place in the long jump (5.45m) and 11th in the 200m (25.96) at the UMass Minuteman Invitational (4/15)
- Combined with Pisciotta, Jacque and Lee to place second in the 4x100m relay (47.57) at the Wolfie Invitational (4/22) while she also claimed sixth in the long jump (5.06m) and seventh in the 200m (25.69)
- Was solid at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/30), placing third in the long jump (5.27m) and ninth in the 100m (12.59)
- In addition to her 4x100m relay title, she claimed 10th in the long jump (5.38m) and 14th in the 200m (26.57) at the MAAC Championships (5/7)
- Closed out her season placing 20th in the long jump (5.00m) and 26th in the 200m (26.04) at the New England Championships (5/12)

- Placed third in the triple jump (10.69m) and fourth in the long jump (5.36m) at the UMass Minuteman Invitational
- Earned a fifth place finish in the triple jump (10.35m) while taking sixth in the long jump (5.26m) at the Wolfie Invitational (4/23)
- Combined to finish third in the long jump (5.38m) and sixth in the triple jump (10.25m) at the Yale Springtime Invitational (5/1)
- Posted a very well-rounded MAAC Championships (5/7) as she placed third in the long jump (5.52m), 12th in the triple jump (9.92m) and 15th in the 100m (12.84)
- Appeared in both the long jump (5.21m) and triple jump (10.25m) at the New England Championships (5/13)
- 2015 MAAC 4x100m Relay Champion (Simons, Pfrommer, Pisciotta, Lee)
- Picked up her first career MAAC gold medal as she combined with three others to place first in the 4x100m relay at the MAAC Championships (5/3) with a time of 47.56
- Continued to show well at the MAAC Championships, placing fifth overall in the long jump with a jump of 5.23m
- Combined to place fifth in the 4x100m relay at the New England Championships (5/8) as the Bobcats (Simons, Pfrommer, Pisciotta, Lee) clocked in at 47.93
- Also tied for 12th place in the long jump at the New England Championships with a jump of 5.36m
- Came through with a second place finish in the long jump at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/27) with a jump of 5.36m
- Earned 15th place out of 67 competitors in the long jump at the Colonial Relays (4/2) with a jump of 5.31m
- Showed very well at the Rider Invite (4/11) with a 5.82m in the long jump to take second place
- Went back-to-back with another second place finish in the long jump at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/26) with a performance of 5.66m
- Made her first career appearance at the ECAC Championships (5/16), placing 17th in the 4x100m relay (Simons, Pfrommer, Pisciotta, Lee) with a time of 48.45
- Later came through with an 11th place finish in the long jump with a performance of 5.48m at the ECAC Championships
- Completed a stellar four-year career at Haddam-Killingworth High School where she lettered in track and field all four years as well as gymnastics in her freshman year
- Starred in the local ranks at Connecticut as she was named First Team All-State three times (long jump and triple jump in 2011, 2013-2014)
- Also an All-Conference runner in Outdoor Track (long jump, triple jump, 100m dash, 200m in 2012-14)
- Pfrommer helped guide Haddam-Killingworth to an 8-1 record in both the 2013 and 2014 seasons as well as the Shoreline League Conference Championship in Indoor Track 2013-14 and Outdoor Track 2014
- Finished her career as the Shoreline League Conference record holder in the 100m dash, 200m dash, long jump and triple jump
- Earned 5th place in the long jump at the New Balance Nationals
- Named an Emerging Elite in indoor track 2013-14

- Daughter of J Howard and Karen Pfrommer
- Has two older siblings, sister Kayla and brother Chris
- Competed in a National Film and Video competition called STN in Los Angeles in the Spring of 2013 and in Orlando in the Spring of 2014
- It was here where Pfrommer found her passion in film and has led to her selecting to major in Film, Video and Interactive Media at Quinnipiac
