- Earned an 11th place finish at the MAAC Championships (5/6) in the 10000 with a 40:16.70
- Ran a 5:13.55 in the 1500 at the Yale Springtime Invitational to finish 19th
- Was 21st at the Stony Brook Wolfie Invitational (4/21) with an 11:08.22
- Opened her spring season with a 5;12.44 in the 1500 at the Rider Invitational, earning a 26th place finish (4/14)
As a Junior in 2017:
- 2017 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Competed in and achieved season high times in the 3000m (10:48.92), 5000m (18:42.47) and 10,000m (38:34.92)
- Showed well at the Silfen Track & Field Invitational (4/15), placing third with a time of 38:34.92 in the 10,000m
- Placed 11th in the 3000m at the Wolfie Invitational (4/22) with a time of 10:48.92
- Took 13th place in the MAAC Championships (5/6), clocking in at 40:15.60 in the 10,000m
- Closed out her season placing 13th in the 10,000m at the New England Championships (5/12), crossing the line in 40:08.55
As a Sophomore in 2016:
- 2016 MAAC All-Academic Team
- Placed 13th out of 35 in the 5000m at the George Mason Spring Invitational (4/9) with a time of 18:33.62
- Took 13th place the following week in the 1500m at the UMass Minuteman Invitational (4/16) as she crossed the line in 4:55.29
- Earned a fifth place result in the 3000m at the Wolfie Invitational (4/23) with a time of 10:45.07
- Placed 18th in the 5000m at the MAAC Championships (5/7) as she clocked in at 18:29.73
- Made an appearance at the New England Championships (5/13) in the 5000m as she earned a 22nd place finish with a time of 18:13.34
As a Freshman in 2015:
- Made her first career appearance in the 800m as she crossed the line in 2:27.02 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/27)
- Placed 12th out of 34 in the 1500m at the Yale Springtime Invitational (4/26) with a time of 5:01.40
- Earned a 22nd place finish in the 1500m at the MAAC Championships (5/3) with a time of 5:06.10
Prior to Quinnipiac:
- Graduated from H. Frank Carey with varsity letters in cross country, indoor track, outdoor track and swimming and diving
- Named All-County in outdoor track and took home All-Conference and All-District honors in cross country, indoor and outdoor track
- Graduated H. Frank Carey with the high school track records in the outdoor 3000m, outdoor and indoor 1500m, indoor 1000m, outdoor 800m, indoor 600m, steeple chase 2k and the indoor 4x400m relay
- Carried her success as a four-sport athlete in the Triathlon competitions where she started to compete as a 14-year-old
- Has become one of the nation’s most distinguished Triathlon athletes as she won the Long Island and NYC Metro High School Triathlon Championship and became a nationally-ranked Triathlete
- At the 26th annual Tobay Triathlon in Oyster Bay, finished in 8th place overall for females (350 competing) and 1st in the high school division
- Competed in the 2013 USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships
- Veron was a member of the National Honor Society and was a Scholar Athlete in her time at H. Frank Carey

- Has two relatives, Anthony ’71 and Thomas Blumenstetter ‘76, who competed for Cornell University in track and field
