- Competed in six events across the 2016 season
- Came in 14th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with a 26:23.6
- Came in 13th at the NEICAAA Championship with a 25:38.0
- Was fifth overall out of 79 runners at the Monmouth Invitational with a 26:45.38
- Earned 73rd place finishes at both the Pre-Nationals (25:32.1) and the CCSU Mini Meet 5K (16:28.9)
- Ran a 34:11.0 in a 10K at the NCAA Northeast Region Championships to come in 103rd.
- Finished ninth of 35 runners at the Stony Brook Season Opener (6K) with an 18:41.1.

- Picked up a pair of Top 10 results in his senior season in 2014, including a career-best 6th place finish at the Amherst Invitational
