As a Sophomore in 2017:
- Competed at the Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing in 21:21.6 (6K)
- Ran a 32:42.08 at the Monmouth Invitational (8K)
- Joined team as a sophomore walk-on
- Earned 11 varsity letters in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field at Pembroke High School
- Achieved personal-bests of 16:44 in the 5k, 4:44 in the one mile, 2:04 in the 800m and 2:43 in the 1000m
- Helped lead Pembroke to the Patriot League Fisher Division title all four years of his high school career
- Victorious in the 4x800m relay at the 2015 Outdoor Track & Field Division III State Championship
- Also placed 13th in the 2015 Emass Cross Country Championship
- Also was a part of three MIAA Track and Field Division III Championships (2014 indoor, 2014 outdoor, 2015 outdoor)
