
Fadairo Smashes School Record at Bison Outdoor Classic

LEWISTON, Pa. — Sophomore Lauren Fadairo's re-broke her own school record in the triple jump, highlighting the Bobcats' performance at the two-day Bison Outdoor Classic over the weekend on the campus of Bucknell University.
Fadairo marked 12.55m in her third attempt on Sunday afternoon, knocking off her previous school record and setting a new season-high in the process. She also topped the event.
Quinnipiac also took home a pair of wins on the track, with Nyasia Dailey taking home the victory in the 100m with a time of 11.96 in the event. Dailey also joined the 4x100 relay that won, with Kiera Baxter, Michelle Tota, Izzie Anzaldo and Dailey timing out in 46.22 to earn the victory.
Overall on the two days, Quinnipiac put up 14 marks in the program top 10 charts.
TOP 10 PERFORMANCES
- Fadairo hit a mark that places her 44th in the East Region, re-setting her program record from the 2025 MAAC Championships.
- Talia Graham matched her outdoor program high mark, hitting 3.75m.
- Sydney Lavelle hopped into second place all time in the 400m hurdles, finishing in 1:00.69.
- Kiera Baxter and Tamia Chapman each jumped into the Top 10 in the 200 meters, hitting 24.82 and 25.07, respectively.
- Anzaldo became the fourth Bobcat ever to crack 55 seconds in the 400m, coming home in 54.67 to place third in program history.
- Weronika Lewna climbed to fourth in the 1500m, running the race in 4:31.40.
- Rachel St. Germain and Madeleine O'Neill each climbed into the top 10 in the 3000m Steeplechase, clocking in at 10:45.00 and 10:58.57, respectively.
- Zoe Merryman finished the 5k in 16:55.44, putting her eighth in program history.
- Alexa Ciccone ran the sixth-fastest 10k in program history with a time of 36:26.92.
- Zoe Santos cleared 1.60m in the high jump, putting her up to sixth on the program chart.
- Lauren Boyd hit 5.60m in the long jump, climbing her to eighth all-time.
- Gabrielle Appiah became the second Bobcat to throw 13 meters in the shot put, hitting 13.11m to place her second all time.
