No. 9 Bobcats Fall Short at Clarkson

POTSDAM, N.Y. — The No. 9 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team fell 3-1 to Clarkson at Cheel Arena on Saturday afternoon.
Clarkson took an early lead taking advantage of a Bobcat penalty and scoring on the power play.
Kahlen Lamarche came back with a goal her own, batting in a pass from Makayla Watson.
Clarkson added one in the second period and hit the empty net to score in last minute of play to win 3-1.
STATS & NOTES
QU will host RPI and Union next weekend at M&T Bank Arena to wrap up the regular season. Friday's game will be at 6:00 PM and Saturday's game will start at 3:00 PM with a senior day ceremony to follow.

- Lamarche now has a point in her last four games, the longest active streak on the Bobcats.
- Laurence Frenette made her eighth assist of the season and 15th point of the year.

- Makayla Watson dished her 11th assist of the season and 14th point.
- She leads all first year skaters on the Bobcats in both categories.
- Maddy Samoskevich went 18-4 on the faceoff dot.
