Prier Scores Natural Hat Trick in Win over RPI

HAMDEN, Conn. – No. 10/9 Quinnipiac Women's ice hockey won 7-1 over RPI thanks to a four-goal third period at M&T Bank Arena on Friday evening.
Jenna Donohue got the scoring started, potting two goals in the first 10 minutes. Emerson Jarvis would add another to push the lead to three after 20 minutes.
The Bobcats wouldn't get on the board in the second, and gave one back to RPI just over halfway through middle frame.
Bryn Prier led the Bobcats' third period outburst, scoring a natural hat trick just 2:47 apart, including two goals just 10 seconds apart. Kahlen Lamarche added one more with just over seven minutes to go.
