HAMDEN, Conn. — The No. 9 Quinnipiac men's ice hockey program welcomes North Country foes Clarkson and St. Lawrence to M&T Bank Arena for a pair of ECAC contests.

IT'S CALLED BALANCE
- The Bobcats have been one of the most balanced offenses in the country this season, with three guys currently totaling six goals ore more and six skaters with 10 or more points after the first 12 games of the campaign.
- Ethan Wyttenbach, Jeremy Wilmer and Chris Pelosi are all tied for the team lead with six goals on the year, as the Bobcats join North Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota Duluth and Miami (OH) in that category.
- Those three skaters are joined by Antonin Verreault, Markus Vidicek and Mason Marcellus with 10 points on the year, as the Bobcats and Michigan are the only two teams with six skaters that have 10 or more points on the season.
BEASTS VS. THE HOCKEY EAST
- Setting up another strong non-conference schedule, Quinnipiac is tough to beat again when taking on their regional non-conference rivals this season.
- After a dominant win over Boston University on Saturday, the Bobcats improved to 4-1-1 against the Hockey East this season and it was their third ranked win of the year. This comes after a season-opening win at Boston College and an undefeated weekend against then-No. 7 Maine in which the Bobcats tied the Black Bears, 4-4, before shutting them out 4-0 on Saturday night.
FIRST YEAR PHENOMS
- Ethan Wyttenbach and Markus Vidicek are off to a hot start in the 2025-26 campaign, both reaching double-figure points in the first 12 games of the campaign.
- Wyttenbach sits currently tops on the team with 14 points, while Vidicek is three back with 11 points. They are tied for the national first-year teammate lead with 25 combined points. Joined by Antonin Verreault, they are the only trio of first-year teammates in the country with double-digit points.
- Wyttenbach and Vidicek were two of seven Bobcat first years in the last 15 years to record double figure points in their first 11 games. Sam Anas (15) tops the list, while Odeen Tufto (12), Chase Priskie (12), Landon Smith (11) and Matthew Peca (11) join the category.
LEDDY-ING THE WAY
- Charlie Leddy is on a historic pace to begin the 2025-26 campaign, racking up the highest plus-minus rating by a defenseman through 12 games in the Bobcats' Division I era.
- Leddy currently stands at a plus-13 rating through 12 games, which also leads the ECAC and is fourth nationally amongst defensemen and seventh amongst all NCAA skaters.
- This puts him one ahead of Zach Metsa (+12), who hit the mark twice in 2021-22 and 2022-23 in the positional rankings. He's one behind Collin Graf for the overall lead, as Graf accumulated a +14 in his first 12 games of 2023-24.
