No. 10 Bobcats Skate to Scoreless Tie with Brown

HAMDEN, Conn.— The No. 10 Quinnipiac women's ice hockey skated to a scoreless tie with Brown this afternoon in front of 593 fans at M&T Bank Arena.
QU was able to control play for most of the first 40 minutes, outshooting Brown 25-11 in the first two frames.
Brown had some chances of their own in the third period and overtime but Kaley Doyle was able to stand tough against each one.
Neither team would find the back of the net in the extra frame, bringing it to a shootout. In the 11th round of the shootout Emerson Jarvis was able to score and Kaley Doyle made a save to secure the shootout win.
STATS & NOTES
The Bobcats will remain home next weekend, hosting Harvard and Dartmouth on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. Following Saturday's game against Dartmouth, QU will be hosting skate with the Bobcats.

- Emerson Jarvis went 13-7 on the faceoff dot.
- QU won 34 of 59 faceoffs.
