Bauer Becomes Official Hockey Equipment Provider of Quinnipiac Men's and Women's Ice Hockey

HAMDEN — Quinnipiac University men's and women's ice hockey announced on Wednesday that they will be teaming up with Bauer Hockey as the official equipment provider of the Bobcats' hockey programs when they take the ice, starting with the 2024-25 season.
The world's leading hockey equipment manufacturer and No. 1 brand in hockey, Bauer Hockey will be providing the Bobcats with customized hockey equipment and apparel for the upcoming seasons.
"We are proud to partner with Bauer to provide both our men's and women's hockey programs at Quinnipiac with the high-quality equipment and service that Bauer delivers," Deputy Director of Athletics and Hockey Administrator Sarah Fraser said. "Bauer's innovative, player-first approach ensures that Bobcat student-athletes have access to the best equipment available on the market."
Quinnipiac hockey has been the winningest program in NCAA Division I over the last three seasons, totaling 174 combined victories across the men's and women's programs. That is 10 more than Minnesota and 17 ahead of Ohio State, who round out the Top 3.
"We are excited to partner with two of the nation's premier hockey programs. In addition to providing industry-leading products and service, we will leverage this collaboration to further engage fans and elevate the Bauer and Quinnipiac brands," said Ricky Hildebrand, a senior marketing manager at Bauer and Quinnipiac alum.
The No. 10 Quinnipiac women started their season 2-0, sweeping Maine in a pair of shutouts over the weekend in Orono, while the No. 8 Quinnipiac men start their regular season on Oct. 12 when they host Penn State.
