COLUMBUS, Ohio. — The No. 8 Quinnipiac Bobcats will face the Ohio State Buckeyes in the NCAA Tournament Regional Final on Friday, March 11 at 5:00 p.m. The Bobcats advanced to the final round of the regionals after a triple overtime victory against Penn State. The matchup marked the third-longest women's ice hockey game in NCAA Tournament history with 109:37 minutes of action played. The winner of the Regional Tournament will advance to the Frozen Four matchup hosted by Minnesota Duluth at Amsoil Arena in Duluth, Minnesota.

The matchup marked the third-longest women's ice hockey game in NCAA Tournament history with 109:37 minutes of action played. The winner of the Regional Tournament will advance to the Frozen Four matchup hosted by Minnesota Duluth at Amsoil Arena in Duluth, Minnesota.
LAST TIME OUT
- QU reigned victorious after outlasting the Nittany Lions in a triple overtime thriller.
- Graduate forward Shay Maloney scored the opening goal of the game and the NCAA Women's Ice Hockey Tournament at the four-minute mark of the first period.
