Bobcats Round Out Fall Semester at Yale Season Opener

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Quinnipiac women's indoor track and field team returned to action at the Yale Season Opener down the road in New Haven on Saturday, December 9^th.

Sophomore Nyasia Dailey got the Bobcats in the win column with a personal record time of 7.62 to capture the 60m dash crown. Junior Rylie Smith took home the victory in 300m dash with a personal record time of 39.83. Shaelyn Murphy and Olaitan Olagundoye came away from the high jump finishing first and second in the high jump as both hit the 1.65m mark.

PROGRAM TOP 10s

Nyasia Dailey recorded a personal record time of 7.62 in the 60m dash to put her in second place in program history.
Avery Jordan improved on her best time in the 60m hurdles, clocking in at 8.98 to put her in fifth place in program history.
Alana Martin and Camille Blain both recorded personal record times of 9.46 to put them in a tie for eighth place on the program list.
Rylie Smith improved on her best time in the 300m dash, clocking in with a time of 39.83 to place fourth on the program list.
Shaelyn Murphy marked 1.65 in the high jump, putting her in fourth place in program history.
