Men's Cross Country Improves on 2022 Performance, Places Ninth at MAAC Championships

MONTGOMERY, N.Y. — The Quinnipiac men's cross country team bested their 2022 performance by 15 points from a season ago and placed ninth at the 2023 MAAC Cross Country Championships, held Saturday morning by Manhattan College at Twin Ponds on the Farm.

The Bobcats, who bested in-state foe Fairfield by a point, ran the annual league title race and improved on their point output from a season ago.

They were led by senior Nolan Kus, who finished 36th overall in the race with a time of 26:43.9. Andrew Woodbine placed 65th as the second Bobcat to cross the line, while first year Michael Strain placed third on the team and 82nd overall.
